I’m Jamarion Bradford. I live and work in Springdale.

Questions shop owners ask.

Do I need a new website?

Not always. If your site works on a phone and clearly shows your services, area and hours, I leave it alone and focus on Google and your listings. If you don’t have one, or it’s hard to use on a phone, I build a simple one-page site as part of the makeover. If I build it, hosting and small edits are included in the Care Plan.

What do you need from me?

Manager access to your Google Business Profile, logins or a quick OK for your other listings, photos of your shop and your work, and about 30 minutes to go over your services, hours and service area.

What is AI search, or AEO?

More people now ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Google’s AI who to call, instead of scrolling through results. Making sure those tools can find accurate, complete info about your business is called answer engine optimization.

Can you guarantee ChatGPT will recommend me?

No, and nobody honestly can. AI answers change from one ask to the next. What I do is make sure AI tools find accurate, complete, matching info about you, which is what they rely on.

How do you measure results?

Before I start, I take a snapshot of your Google profile and run the AI check. On the Care Plan, your monthly report shows calls, direction requests and website clicks from your Google profile, your new reviews, and what AI assistants say about you now. I don’t promise rankings or a number of calls.

How long does it take?

The free audit takes up to 48 hours. The makeover takes 7 days once I have access and photos. Some directories take a few extra days to approve changes, and I’ll tell you which.

Is there a contract?

No. The makeover is a one-time job: 50% to start, 50% on delivery. The Care Plan is $99 a month, and you can cancel anytime.
