Short on purpose. Every drink is made the same careful way, every time.

Our story

Ninefold started with a secondhand roaster and a folding table at the Saturday market. Today we roast nine kilos at a time, a few blocks from the shop, so every bag you take home was roasted this week. The menu stays short on purpose, and the window seat is yours if you get here early.
